Updating Rates & Availability

After you have created your unit types and added them to your inventory, the next step is to add your rates and availability.

Either from the edit screen of the OpenResort Business, or from the OpenResort Control Panel you have two options to update availability:

  1. Bulk Update: Using this feature you can update all of, or a selection of units of a given unit type.
  2. 1. Click on "Bulk Update"
    2. Select the units you want to update
    3. Input the date, rate, booking status, and minimum night stay
    4. Click Submit

  3. Individual Update: Use this feature to manage the availability of a single unit at a time. From this screen you can also view the availability that is setup on the unit.
  4. 1. Click "Update availability" next to the unit you wish to update.
    2. You can set the dates you wish to update either by clicking on the date in the calendar, or selecting it from the popup calendar.
    3. Input date, rate, booking status, and minimum night stay.
    4. Click Submit
