Fixes an error in the business install file

Fixes an issue with no business types being available if only the generic businesses is enabled.

Minor fix which provides an update to the accommodation.install to ensure that new menu paths are available.

A new block as been added which allows a search calender to be added to any page on the site.

The node it relates to needs to be set up in the block's configuration.

Update to include drupal 5.5 fix for taxonomy issues

fixes issue whch can prevent the accommodation tables being installed correctly. Only affects new installs.
