Multi Hotel Availability - MultiRoom Quota

I'm trying to develop a reservation site for a travel agency.
They want to offer bookings from many accommodations. In this approach, each hotel assures a certain amount of rooms to the agency.
The openresort solution it's almost there for the requirements :). There are another specific (customer) requirements that i need to fulfill (global search, room quota, extra reports, etc etc) .
So, I've checked the ourfernie demo and there is a global availability search. I'm confident enough to extend the provided functionality to a global search, but you already done it (in the DMO version).So, what are my choices?
- Develop the global search myself, and the rest of the functions needed (i must share them?, License Issues?)
- Resell the hosted DMO version (i need extra features, don't know if they are implemented already)
- Another approach
