The OpenResort Community Edition is completely open source and free to use by anyone. This version allows for the creation of properties, and any number of bookable units under a property. Units can only be created one at a time, regardless if they are of the same type. Rates and availability also must be added one at a time for every unit. Check out a demo here.

This product is free to use and to customize, but larger organisations may choose to benefit from the extra features and support available with the commercial versions.
For situations where advanced inventory management is required, like hotels, DMO's or property managers, consider one of our other deployment options which allows you to easily manage a large inventory through batch creation and update of unit types and their associated rates and availability.
